Junior accountmanager

We are looking for a driven junior account manager who, together with the team, takes care of new customers and the sale of our services. So that our customers can use their data and applications carefree and undisturbed.

You are the point of contact for our customers that you also acquire within the Netherlands working area. You support marketing activities, proactively approach and inform prospects on the basis of leads and information requests.
You identify customer questions, you receive technical support from specialized pre-sales consultants.
You remain responsible for the sales process from start to finish: from lead to transfer to the operations department. Your target group consists of all organizations where Oracle, MSSQL and/or PostgreSQL database environments are used. Our core business is to unburden our customers by means of complete management solutions laid down in SLAs. You sell all our services on the basis of long-term, sustainable and honest relationships of trust. These range from technical support in implementing database technology to database management services. From database licenses to hardware to database Cloud services.

You also know how to deploy our experienced DBA staff on a project basis. Your discussion partners are often ICT managers to whom you offer our services in such a way that they fit seamlessly with their business needs and objectives. In addition to being responsible for building and expanding the relationship with prospects and customers, you are also responsible for your accounts. You don’t do this alone. You work closely and actively with the other account managers, you know how to replace and support each other where useful. Since is ISO9001, ISO27001 and NEN7510 certified, you will have to work extremely process- and procedure-oriented without losing sight of your customer. Great importance is attached to good reporting of your activities and sales stages in our CRM application SuperOffice. You also handle all company assets and company information safely and you comply with the security guidelines and rules. You identify and report possible security risks to your manager and Security Officer

You have a HBO education and 0 -2 years of work experience. You have a healthy interest in IT and knowledge of managed services. You are a team player and you are involved with the customer so that you get the customer question clearly on the table.
With your open communication you involve customers and colleagues in your proposals and ideas and you help move forward.

  • who has a completed HBO education
  • to find out the question behind the customer demand
  • is involved and values working together with pleasure
  • has a driving license B
  • has knowledge of ICT development in general, information security and privacy aspects in particular
  • Checking diplomas and/or references is a standard part of the procedure
