As a Senior SQL Server DBA you are responsible for the management of a large number of business-critical database environments of our customers. In this way you monitor and improve the performance of a booking website for airline tickets, you test the contingency environment of a hospital or you secure the communication between global databases and their applications for a multinational.
You understand better than anyone what the possibilities are within SQL Server and how you can use them optimally. In this way you help customers to get the most out of their SQL Server environment, based on their needs and wishes. Our customers are very diverse and that is why the way in which they use SQL server and therefore how the environment looks is different for each customer. This keeps your work varied and you learn something new every day.

In addition to your work, your workplace is also varied. You work from the office, from home or at customers’ locations. Our customers are located throughout the country and beyond. You work closely with the customer’s employees and your own colleagues. We think it is important that your knowledge remains up-to-date and that you continue to develop yourself. That is why we draw up a development plan together with professional training and certifications. Your wishes are the basis for this plan. This can be, for example, in the field of MCSA or MCSE certification or as a deepening in the field of database, data warehousing, AlwaysOn-Azure or Performance tuning.
