In 2012 I started my commercial career at DBA.nl. During my first customer appointment, the customer asked me about the keywords of DBA.nl. Without thinking for a second, “Knowledge – Skill – Quality – Flexibility” came out of my mouth. I am still regularly asked this question and I still give the same answer with full conviction.

It is more than pleasant to work with colleagues who also pursue these keywords, within the service we offer our customers. That way you can grow as an organization with customers. Customers whom I, together with my sales & pre-sales colleagues, are able to bind with great enthusiasm to DBA.nl for a long period of time.

Thanks to our knowledge, expertise and quality, we have won the trust of our customers to enter into the desired long-term relationship with each other. In this way we learn more and better about what is going on with our customers and we can, where necessary, adapt our services flexibly to what is needed at that moment for the ‘perfect fit’. No customer is the same and so is the service to be offered. Talk about flexibility.

In the conversations I have with potential new customers of DBA.nl, I like to tell you about our services and how we carry them out. I can imagine that you will get a “We from WC duck …” feeling and that is why I always give the opportunity to contact existing customers. In my view, no one can give a better sales pitch about DBA.nl than a satisfied customer. We therefore deliver on what we promise.
